WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY PACKET

WHAT TIME DOES THE RACE START?
The Full Pull (50 miles) starts at 8:00 AM, and the Taste Test (15 miles) starts at 10:00 AM. Registration and packet pickup open at 6:00 AM the day of the event or you can pick up your packet the day before at Ridge Cycle Sports Located at 509 Western Ave Suite 106 Wenatchee, WA
WHERE CAN I FIND THE MOST UP-TO-DATE NEWS?
Our Facebook page will have the most up-to-date information, but we will try and get it on our website ASAP to let all participants and volunteers know any updates.
CAN I REGISTER ON RACE DAY?
On the day entries are available at our events as long as the event has not sold out prior to the event day. We are limiting this event to 200 participants, so pre-entry is highly recommended!
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION?
Registration includes full route marking, mechanical support, professional medical support, 3 fully stocked aid stations with hydration and nutrition(you will go through each of them two times), T-Shirt, Number Plate, all finishers received a post-race custom award and everybody receives meal ticket!
WHAT IS THE COURSE LIKE?
The course encompasses Sage Hills, Horselake Preserve, Twin Peaks and No.2 Canyon. Expect a mix of natural singletrack, twin-track forest roads, continuous climbs, and fast descents. The Full Pull encompasses over 8,000 ft of elevation gain!
IS LUNCH PROVIDED?
Yes! All registered racers receive a meal ticket for the post-race festivities. We are lucky to have Sweetwood BBQ providing lunch for this event. Additional tickets can be purchased for family and friends.
WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?
Event parking is ONLY authorized at the LDS Church at 1621 Maiden Lane in Wenatchee. The Church has generously allowed us to us their parking lot Saturday ONLY! There will be porta-potties there for your convenience. Please DO NOT park at the start/finish, near the start/finish or in the neighborhoods adjacent to the start/finish. The driveway to the trailhead is PRIVATE PROPERTY and you will be towed if you park along the driveway. We have made these arrangements and agreements in advance with our land managers and neighbors so please park at the Church and enjoy the ~10 minute ride to the start/finish! We highly encourage carpooling if at all possible.
WHERE IS THE START LINE?
The start line stages at Kenzie's landing and will encompass Sage Hills, Horselake Preserve, Twin Peaks and No.2 Canyon. Follow the signs for "Racer Staging" when you arrive.
WHERE CAN I FIND RESULTS & AWARDS?
Results will be posted live on our website and at the timing tent near the finish line. Final results will be archived under the "Results" tab. The top 3 in each category will receive a prize!
IS THERE CASH PRIZES?
Yes! We will award for the overall times.

WILL THE COURSE BE MARKED?
Yes! The course will be well marked with yellow and black tape. We will identify any challenging features or routing for better navigation and saftey. We recommended studying the course, having gps or turn-by-turn navigation because we can not promise that course markers will be there on Saturday.

WHERE WILL THE AID STATIONS BE?
There will be three(3) aid stations that you will travel through each of them two(2) times each.
Arlberg Sports - Aid Station 7107(Mile Marker 13.6 & 32.2).
Full Circle Cycle Bike Shop - Stairway to Heaven Aid Station(Mile Marker 24.9 & 30.8).
Ridge Cyclesport - Horselake Aid Station(Mile Marker 6.4 & 38.1).

CAN I VOLUNTEER?
ABSOLUTELY! Volunteers are the backbone of our event and every person helps make these events run smoothly. If you would like to volunteer, please visit our volunteer tab or reachout to us directly at admin@dirtybloom50.com and we will get back to you. All voluteers get some cool swag, meals and a free race entry!
HOW CAN I HELP PROVIDE MORE SUPPORT?
There are a few things that we are passonite about. That is getting out into nature, riding our bike and supporting our local trails. If you haven't already, sign up for Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance(Central Chapter, THATS US!) They work closly with land owners and managers to help provide some of the best trails in our state and region. Donate to Chelan~Douglas Land Trust! They help make all of these trails possible by working with local organzations, businesses and individuals to proetect what we all hold dear to us, protecting our natural areas while providing our freedom to enjoy it! IS THERE A HOST HOTEL?
Yes! The Holiday Inn Express in Wenatchee is offering a discount
to Participants. Call 509-663-6355 and ask for the "Bloom" Rate. The hotel is the closest hotel to the event and is only a 10 Minute Bike Ride away.

IS THERE CAMPING NEAR BY?
There are several campgrounds in the area. We recommend Wenatchee Confluence State Park or Wenatchee River County Park. Overnight camping is not permitted on city, county or CDLT property. Parking/camping at the Kinzie Trailhead is not permitted we have this area reserved for the event. Dispersed camping may be available on USFS property which is a 20-30 minute drive to the start/finish.
What is the WSBA Marathon Championships?
The WSBA Marathon Championships is a premier mountain bike race in Washington State held in Wenatchee/Mission Ridge, usually in late June. It serves as the official Washington State Bicycle Racing Association championship for the Marathon MTB discipline, featuring long-distance XC racing.
Are there cut off times for the Full Pull 50 Mile Event
Yes, the cut off times will be as follows
11:00 A.M. - Aid Station #2 - Mile Marker 13.6
12:00 P.M. - Aid Station #3 - Mile Marker 24.9
2:30 P.M. - Aid Station #6 - Mile Marker 38.1
